4. this book. i wish everyone in the world owned it. if you're not familiar with it, the book includes a code that you use to then go online and fill out a questionnaire. that questionnaire determines your top 5 strengths. then you go back to the book to read up on your strengths. it'd take too long to explain why i love this book so much but let me just say that it's soooo very worth the $35 or how ever much it costs..
(my top 5 strengths: maximizer, responsibility, empathy, strategic, input)
