yesterday, i was listening to the episode of here's the thing where alec baldwin interviews billy joel. this is what happens when you get old, kids. you give up any hope of appearing cool and just do whatever the fuck you want. it's all billy joel interviews and zumba classes. ok, i wouldn't actually ever go to zumba but you get the point. if you feel like listening to the episode, there's a particularly funny bit that begins around the 24:20 mark, when the two long islanders discuss how their friends back home reacted to their success.
also, did you know that billy joel can't read music? fact.
my point, if you can call it that, is that i've had billy joel songs stuck in my brains since yesterday.
