let me set something straight here: by no means do i want this blog to become about pushing products. i love reading blogs but, sometimes, i find myself feeling disappointed by how much emphasis is put on products. there's definitely lots of cute/pretty/cool stuff out there... but i don't like when i start wanting things that i don't even need. it's kind of like going to ikea... i go in thinking that i'll just get a couple of frames and a bag of tealights, and i leave feeling like i need a new everything.

i guess what i'm getting at here is that it's a fine line between showcasing something that i feel is creative or interesting or cute and encouraging you to spend your hard-earned dollars on stuff. i'm going to try to do my very best so... just know that, ok? i want you to feel good, not wanting or lacking in anything. i'm sure some "stuff" will creep in once in a while but i'm aiming for less of that and more ideas and/or inspiration.

that being said, i happened upon these beautiful stone rings by billy bride (via nineteen candles) that i can't afford but that were too lovely not to share.
